What is EthioMirai?エチオ未来とは何ですか？
EthioMirai (エチオ未来) is a Japan–Ethiopia bridge organization — a registered Japanese company (ＥｔｈｉｏＭｉｒａｉ合同会社, Tokyo) connecting the two countries through three pillars: Education & Opportunity, Tourism & Cultural Exchange, and Business & Partnership Support.
エチオ未来は日本とエチオピアの架け橋団体です。東京で登記された日本法人（ＥｔｈｉｏＭｉｒａｉ合同会社）として、教育と機会、観光と文化交流、ビジネスと提携支援の3つの柱で両国をつなぎます。
Are you a travel agency or a language school?旅行会社や語学学校ですか？
Neither. We are a bridge organization. Our Japanese language program (Maya Nihongo) sits under the Education pillar, and our tourism work supports delegations, exchange visits, and visitors — we do not sell package tours.
どちらでもありません。私たちは架け橋団体です。日本語プログラム（マヤ日本語）は教育の柱の一部であり、観光分野では視察団・交流訪問・来訪者の支援を行います。パッケージツアーの販売は行いません。
Where are you based?拠点はどこですか？
Headquarters in Tokyo, Japan (registered in Chiyoda-ku), with a team and partner network in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia — leadership on both sides of the bridge.
本社は東京（千代田区で登記）、チームとパートナーネットワークはエチオピアのアディスアベバにあります。架け橋の両側にリーダーシップを置いています。
What languages do you work in?対応言語は？
Japanese, Amharic, and English — our team works natively across all three, which is exactly what makes the bridge work.

How do Maya Nihongo classes work?マヤ日本語のクラスはどのように行われますか？
Online, in small groups or private lessons, taught by our teachers — including Japanese language teachers. Classes start from absolute zero: kana, greetings, everyday Japanese, step by step toward JLPT levels.
オンラインで、少人数グループまたはプライベートレッスンとして行われます。日本語教師を含む講師陣が担当し、かな・挨拶・日常会話といった完全なゼロからJLPTレベルまで段階的に学びます。
Do I need anything to join?受講に必要なものはありますか？
Just a phone or laptop with an internet connection — no prior Japanese needed. Motivation is the only real requirement.
インターネットに接続できるスマートフォンまたはパソコンだけです。日本語の予備知識は不要。本当に必要なのは学ぶ意欲だけです。
I don't live in Ethiopia. Can I still join?エチオピア以外に住んでいますが受講できますか？
Yes — classes are online and we teach students in multiple time zones, including learners already in Japan and the diaspora abroad. Contact us and we will match you to a suitable class time.

Do you guarantee a visa?ビザは保証されますか？
No — and anyone who promises you a visa is not being honest. The school and Japanese Immigration decide. We guarantee our own work: real preparation, real documents, honest advice.

How long does the whole journey take?全体でどのくらいかかりますか？
Realistically 6–12 months from your first class to your first day in Japan — schools accept students at fixed intakes (mostly April and October) and applications close months in advance.
最初の授業から日本での初日まで、現実的には6〜12か月です。入学時期は固定（主に4月・10月）で、出願は数か月前に締め切られます。
