実体験から生まれた架け橋
EthioMirai (エチオ未来) is led by Wubetu Noah Eskindir, Co-Founder & CEO, and Tegegn Begashaw Abate, Co-Founder | Tourism & Partnership Lead — a team with leadership rooted on both sides of the bridge. "Mirai" means future, and that is exactly what we build.
エチオ未来は、共同創業者・代表取締役（CEO）のウベツ・ノハ・イスキンダーと、共同創業者・観光・提携担当のテゲイン・ベガシャウ・アバテが率いる組織です。架け橋の両側に根ざしたリーダーシップが私たちの強みです。「未来」という名前の通り、私たちが築くのは両国の未来そのものです。
The organization is built on direct knowledge of both Ethiopian and Japanese environments — not theory, but lived experience. We work in three languages — Japanese, Amharic, and English — with personal networks in both countries.
私たちの活動は、理論ではなく、日本とエチオピア双方での生活・仕事の実体験に基づいています。日本語・アムハラ語・英語の3言語で活動し、両国に独自のネットワークを持っています。

Maya Nihongo was founded by Noah Eskindir and now operates as EthioMirai’s Japanese Language & Student Support Program. From foundational Japanese classes and JLPT preparation to full study-in-Japan guidance, Maya Nihongo has helped Ethiopian students build real careers and lives in Japan.
マヤ日本語はノア・エスキンディルが創設し、現在はエチオ未来の日本語・留学生支援プログラムとして運営されています。基礎的な日本語クラス、JLPT対策、日本留学の完全サポートを通じて、多くのエチオピア人学生が日本でのキャリアと生活を実現しています。
