EthioMirai is a Japan-based company (エチオ未来合同会社) connecting Ethiopia and Japan through education and study-abroad support, business partnerships, cultural exchange, and travel coordination. We are hiring two team members based in Ethiopia to support our growing work. Experience helps, but motivation, honesty, and willingness to learn matter just as much — entry-level applicants are welcome.

What you will doምን ይሰራሉ

Your main focus at the start is education and student support: responding to inquiries from prospective students, sharing approved information about our Japanese-language programs and study-abroad services, following up with applicants, helping with registration, coordinating online orientation sessions, keeping follow-up records, and communicating regularly with the Japan-based team.

በመጀመሪያ ዋና ትኩረትዎ ትምህርትና የተማሪ ድጋፍ ይሆናል፦ ከተማሪዎች ለሚመጡ ጥያቄዎች ምላሽ መስጠት፣ ስለ ጃፓንኛ ፕሮግራሞቻችንና የውጭ ትምህርት አገልግሎቶች የተፈቀደ መረጃ ማካፈል፣ አመልካቾችን መከታተል፣ ምዝገባን ማገዝ፣ የመስመር ላይ ገለጻዎችን ማስተባበር፣ የክትትል መዝገቦችን መያዝ እና ከጃፓን ቡድን ጋር በመደበኛነት መገናኘት።

As you grow, you will also help with business development (finding local partners, arranging meetings, basic research), cultural exchange and travel coordination for approved events and visits, and general operations — managing assigned tasks, preparing simple progress reports, and joining online meetings. Exact responsibilities are finalized together with the selected candidates after interviews.

Who we're looking forማንን እንፈልጋለን

You live in Ethiopia, communicate well in English (spoken and written), and are responsible, honest, and reliable. You can solve problems, work both independently and with a team, and are available for regular communication with our Japan-based team.

Nice to have, but not required: work experience, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, a background in education, customer service or coordination, and knowledge of Japanese language or culture.
