EthioMirai (エチオ未来) is a Japan–Ethiopia bridge organization dedicated to creating opportunities and connections between the two countries. Our mission: connecting Japan and Ethiopia through Education, Cultural Exchange, and Business Partnerships.
エチオ未来（EthioMirai）は、日本とエチオピアの間に機会とつながりを生み出すことを目的としたブリッジ組織です。ミッションは、教育・文化交流・ビジネスパートナーシップを通じて日本とエチオピアをつなぐことです。
The name "Mirai" (未来) means "future" in Japanese — a reflection of what we build: lasting opportunities and relationships between the two nations.
名前の「未来」は、私たちが築くもの——両国の間の永続的な機会と関係——をそのまま表しています。
We are not a travel agency, a language school, or a consulting firm alone. We are a bridge organization that operates through three core pillars: Education & Opportunity, Tourism & Cultural Exchange, and Business & Partnership Support.

EthioMirai is built on years of firsthand experience living, studying, working, and building networks in both Japan and Ethiopia. Operating in Japanese, Amharic, and English, we serve as a trusted bridge for individuals, communities, and organizations on both sides.
エチオ未来は、日本とエチオピアの両国で暮らし、学び、働き、ネットワークを築いてきた長年の実体験の上に成り立っています。日本語・アムハラ語・英語で活動し、両国の個人・コミュニティ・組織にとって信頼できる架け橋となります。

EthioMirai is led from both sides of the bridge — with leadership based in Japan and dedicated leadership for Ethiopia relations.
エチオ未来は、日本を拠点とするリーダーと、エチオピア関係を専任で担うリーダーの二人体制で運営されています。
Wubetu Noah Eskindir is the Co-Founder & CEO of EthioMirai, building lasting connections between Japan and Ethiopia through education, business, technology, tourism support, and cultural exchange. Originally from Ethiopia and based in Japan for over seven years, he combines experience as an entrepreneur, software engineer, educator, and cross-cultural professional to make collaboration between the two countries more accessible, practical, and sustainable.
ウベツ・ノハ・イスキンダーは、教育・ビジネス・テクノロジー・観光サポート・文化交流を通じて日本とエチオピアの永続的なつながりを築く「エチオ未来」の共同創業者兼CEOです。エチオピア出身で7年以上日本を拠点に活動し、起業家、ソフトウェアエンジニア、教育者、異文化間の専門家としての経験を活かして、両国の協力をより身近で実践的、持続可能なものにすることを目指しています。
His deep understanding of Japanese language, business culture, and professional practices — paired with strong roots and networks in Ethiopia — lets him bridge cultural and business gaps and support successful partnerships. Professionally, he has contributed to international education and technology initiatives with organizations such as JICA, AOTS, UNESCO/IICBA, and universities in both countries, and founded Maya Nihongo, EthioMirai’s Japanese Language & Student Support Program.
日本語やビジネス文化、職業実務への深い理解と、エチオピアに根ざした強い基盤・ネットワークを併せ持つことで、文化やビジネスの隔たりを埋め、両国間の成功したパートナーシップを支えています。業務ではJICA、AOTS、ユネスコ/IICBA、日本・エチオピアの大学などと国際教育・テクノロジー分野のプロジェクトに携わり、日本語・留学生支援プログラム「マヤ日本語」を創設しました。
Beyond his professional work, Noah is a recognized educator and content creator, sharing practical insights about Japanese language, culture, business, and life in Japan — building one of the largest Ethiopia–Japan online communities, reaching more than 100,000 people across social media.
本業に加え、日本語・文化・ビジネス・日本での生活について実践的な知見を発信する教育者・コンテンツクリエイターとしても知られ、SNS上で10万人以上にリーチする、エチオピアと日本をつなぐ最大級のオンラインコミュニティの一つを築いています。
Tegegn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Management and brings extensive experience in tourism, travel planning, event organization, customer support, and cross-cultural communication. His background spans travel coordination, business development, partnership building, and fostering meaningful connections between Ethiopia and Japan.
テゲンは観光マネジメントの学士号を持ち、観光、旅行企画、イベント運営、カスタマーサポート、異文化コミュニケーションにおいて豊富な経験を有しています。渡航コーディネート、ビジネス開発、パートナーシップ構築、そしてエチオピアと日本の間に意義あるつながりを育むことまで、幅広い実績があります。
His professional vision is to serve as a bridge between Japan and Ethiopia through tourism, cultural exchange, business cooperation, and people-to-people connections.

At EthioMirai, Tegegn leads the Tourism & Cultural Exchange pillar and strengthens the organization’s partnerships and relationships with Ethiopia, supporting tourism, business collaboration, delegation visits, and cross-cultural engagement.
